Thanks for the kind words on the Reese. I just love that card and keep taking it out to stare at it.

There's some amazing stuff being picked up here this month. Love that Aaron rook, the Mays is off the charts, and all the various Mantles look great, especially that 57.

I also agree with the comments about 5s and 6s being great value buys (and even more so as grading standards seem to get stricter). I picked up this Cepeda earlier this month, and since corners aren't something I get too excited about, to me it looks better than every 6 or 7 I saw while looking. I was more than happy to "settle" for the 5 and put the difference in cost to something else.

That's a killer Cepeda! Nice pick up. Love those clean mid-graders!

Default Tom(mie ) Reynolds

John ... The Reynold card was discussed by Keith Olbermann in an SCD article. Either the original cards or maybe just the prototype cards had Tommie Reynolds. The card was changed to Tom for production but a large gap exists between Tom and Reynolds. Card(s) with Tommie are rare air ( maybe just prototype(s) ), but the regular card can be found fairly easily with very minor remnants of the exercised letters. I have one of the remnant cards and think there may be examples in the never ending variations thread I have never seen the Tommie version, but Olbermann seemed sure it exists, and maybe said he had or saw one
