the guy just pitched to him and the batter isnt swinging at the pitcher but its a funny optical illusion

Along a somewhat similar vein, I always wondered just what Mr. Abstein was up to in his T201 shot. Bracing for a comebacker to the midsection? Or just REALLY enjoying the baseball game......

I believe he is just adjusting his cup on the mound just like modern players do.
