That is a massive amount, congrats. This Pinkerton related card came in today though I had shown it before.
Sharp rppc's seem to always look better in person.

Cool card Leon. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is that Connie Mack's writing on the back?

I am not a handwriting authenticity person and can't really tell. I certainly didn't expect it or think about it. His writing resembles this, as it's kind of fancy, but I seriously doubt it.

Cool card either way. If there was a way to confirm it was his it would make it that much more interesting. Do you recognize the name of the person who presented that card to whoever wrote that?

CJ 15s seem to be "red" hot now, as least PSAs, for some reason--any idea why? Just the usual couple guys trying to boost registry, bidding against each other for awhile, or something else, as CJ 14s fade a bit. http://www.net54baseball.com/attachm...1&d=1457842449

I can not THANK Jerry T. enough for making this card available to me !!!!!!!!!!

I have always thought this is the toughest card in a set with a lot of tough cards. It is now my Holy Grail !!!!!

duffyA.jpg

BTW --- Also #100

("only" 5 super tough ones left: Both Wagners, Clarke, Pit., Sweeney, Bost. and Jackson )

Fun stuff, Scott

That's one thing I hate about Hunts, no back images. So I guess you asked for a back scan then??
For the price, its a nice addition for sure. Kinda reminds me seeing your Texas Tommy. Which I think I saw in a current or recent auction.

Default T207 subset progress

Thanks to board members, the wantlist thread, auction houses, and eBay - most of these are Feb, early March, or still coming in.

Progress finally picked up on a number of T207 subsets:

Bushelman (eBay) completes the Broadleaf subset for me [50/50] ... Lewis no-emblem is not realistic.

Marquard (eBay) makes 10/13 HOFers with Napoleon back.

Adams (board-member) makes 42/50 Cycle

Higgins (LOTG) and Wood (board member/want-list) are 43 and 44 respectively of the 49 known Recruits with Anonymous back.

Ragan makes 46/50 Broadleaf class with any Anonymous back.

Other miscellaneous stuff....

Sweeney is one of the few known Broadleaf class blank-backed cards

and last, but certainly not least, my favorite upgrade of the year for the graded set...

Much more progress than I expected for the whole year. Though its just March, I'm pretty much done till next year, but that's OK. (unless someone has a Livingston 'Big C', Factory 606 they're looking to put in a good home...

A big thanks to everyone one of you that has made collecting T207 enjoyable once again.

Great card, but that would be a RPC and not a RPPC due to the blank back.
