Since this isn't the BST we can talk about stuff. It went for $956 after juice last night in the weekly Heritage auction. I was the under bidder. Cool card but hard to calculate value.

Indeed. I paid through the nose for that bad boy. Sorry Leon (kinda...not completely...maybe a little sorry ). I figured you may have been in on it at some point.

I wish it was an antique store find. All I ever see at antique stores and malls are junk wax, junk wax era cards, and 1960's-1980's programs and store model equipment.

I have never seen another T209 like it.

I was an underbidder (though not the underbidder ) too. Pretty crazy card. I'm not into scrap at all, but I thought it was really neat. I actually thought it went pretty cheap compared to other recent scrap T209-1 auctions. I wonder if not being slabbed contributed to that.
