I am selling this ball now on a no reserve auction on eBay, ending this Sunday. I personally think it's a gorgeous ball and I am sure whoever wins it will be very pleased with it. The bid is still very attractive and I hope that whoever wins it may be a forum member. It formerly belonged to my friend who obtained the autographs himself in 1973 in Cooperstown. One of the autographs is Buddy Burbage, who played in the Negro Leagues.
http://www.baseball-reference.com/re...d=burbag000bud I am guessing he was there with Sy Morton, who also played in the Negro Leagues to support Monte Irvin who was being inducted in 1973.
