Here you go. The Milan is first, and the other two follow with 1910-30 stamp boxes (AZO up and down arrows). The Milan also appears on p. 44 of the 1999 Menchine book. The Johnson / Ainsmith is here. The names on the other two -- Sate (should be Tate), Ruel, McNeely, and Leibold -- are on the original negative.
