If a Rose postcard of Speaker does exist, he would certainly be part of the "no team" series that was issued in 1909.

The images for Horner cabinets were taken over a number of years. Most that we see are from the 1900 - 1910 era, but he was certainly active before and after as well.

While the date that the image was originally taken can sometimes be discerned by the players' uniforms, I would assume that Horner continued to print and distribute his cabinets for many years after the initial image was taken.
