funny all of these difference of opinions....I can imagine the amount of ebay returns if there weren't graded cards...one man's mint is another mans off center..

With the condition of the card and the "Book" price your risk/reward for getting the cards graded is very low. I would go ahead and have it graded and also specify no "qualifiers" or you can go to BVG or SGC where your card will just be given a grade.
Either way, you're fine getting that card graded Rich
