I should be more skeptical than I am but I went as far as calling a guy on the phone once and we worked out a deal for a sale that is not a trade.

And when I was new to this forum I was a bit skeptical just sending people money who's to say I'd get the card ever haha.

If he has something you want proceed. Only if you have a good feeling about it. If I were in your shoes I would do it but hey that's just me.

I've done a couple of trades successfully before, but you just have to be comfortable with the person and how much you trust him. If he is a member of net54, perhaps you can add an audit trail of the trade on the BST. There have been cases of trades gone very bad before, so you have to be cautious: Link. I would say that since he initiated the trade request, perhaps you should say that you need to receive his cards first (which need to have tracking) before you send your cards out.
