Dave "Boo" Ferriss once had "272 tobacco cards..."
While not a player of the T206 period, 1945-50 Red Sox pitcher David "Boo" Ferriss once had a pretty nice collection, according to his 1990 letter to T.C. Card Co.: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-28-90-DAVE...-/370817751830
Boston's best pitcher of 1945-46 listed the following: 16 T205 - gold border 157 T206 - white border 40 E90-1 caramels 23 E95 - of a 25 set [!] 36 T210 Southern League - black & white with red border 7 silks, 5 in good condition ...and more comments
