Default I would probably get it graded...

The only question is will the value increase more than the cost of the grading? I would probably get it graded if I were selling it.

If you're worried about the PSA qualifier why not send it to SGC? To me it looks more like a printing defect than a mark or stain. I would think 5 or 6 with the possible pd qualifier.

Say what you want about PSA, but the "qualifier" is maybe the dumbest invention in third-party grading. All of my T206s are PSA 10 (CR)

I think qualifiers are great. If you have a card that looks like a 8 or 9 that is either off centered or has a pen mark on the reverse and that is all that is wrong with it, I rather have a grade like that instead of a '6'. The card looks like a smoker if not for one issue.
