A couple antique mall finds this last weekend.

First off is an Olsen's Base Ball card game printed by Olsen Games Co. in Portland Oregon. The instructions are copyright 1925, though I don't know when this actual set was printed. Included are 60 cards, 30 of them red backed and 30 blue backed. I can't find much information about the set but each card features a generic baseball player with a different baseball play. I removed the rubber band but it appears the bottom of the box may have been removed at some point, so the cards can slide out easily.

The second purchase was a vintage badminton racket manufactured by George Gibson Bussey & Co. I can't find much information on it but it appears to be late 19th century or early 20th century.

If anyone knows anything more about either of these items, please let me know. Thanks for looking.

Grant

Nice stuff everybody!

I was better off when they had actually admitted that they didn't know what it was ; now that it's in a thirteen-ounce slab it's going to cost even more to send to Texas yet a third time.....

If you are correct about the V351 designation and they slabbed it incorrectly, I would definitely call and ask them to reimburse your shipping costs for the third trip out.
