Well you said you sending it. if you end up not sending it it looks like you just trying to get more offers as a bluff if you end up not sending it....or are you in the 'just keep it' stage.. 50 shades of selling...

Can we change the name of this thread to My Lenox Cobb Diary and move it to the main page? We could tune in every day to read the OP's daily musings and how he is feeling about the card that day. I'm not saying it isn't entertaining. It just may not belong here anymore.

Thats a great idea, then we can comment on the price! otherwise it isnt allowed in the BSt posts.

I wanted to sell it and still do but nobody is making offers. What's your problem do you have to be at the top of the BST thread. If someone asks a question I will respond to it and someone wanted to see a raw picture.

Pretty sure I'm not the only one who thinks this thread has run it's course. And yeah, it would be nice if my (and everyone else's) brand new threads could be on top for a few minutes. As to whether I would have posted that if I didn't already have a problem with you, maybe not. You probably have a point there. I'm trying not to get into internet arguments so I'll leave it there. Carry on.

I am trying to find it I believe it is on my old computer but my monitor crapped out. I don't know why someone wanted to see a raw picture I think the one in the SGC holder is ok. I know I posted it here years ago maybe someone can find it. I found one not the best. Attachment 185963

Ted, how old are these prices? I think that SGC2 for $3,300 is the card that I bought back in 2008.

The last Cobb Lenox that I recall was a PSA 3 that sold for $18,000 in 2013 in a Goodwin auction.

My last post said "Carry on" at the end of it. That means that I am "taking a walk" and you can carry on. Carry on.

Jake, are you a potential buyer? Because if you are, you aren't going about it the right way. If you are not, then you are spouting more nonsense.

Rob, I completely get the difficulty in selling a card like this. I have a couple of items that I might eventually sell, and I have a price that I 'think' I would take for them. The problem for most people is that they can't come up with such a price, and even if they can, they are then stopped by thinking they might be able to get more. The problem is, they don't know what that 'might get' number is. Thus they spin their wheels and wait for an epiphany. In such cases, all you can do is find a good auction house and get them to agree on a reasonable reserve. You can also try to advertise the item for free all over the internet in advance - contrary to the opinions of others, I don't think that will hurt your auction price when you decide to sell it, as it's 99% likely that no one in this thread will actually be bidding on it.

not sure how its nonsense..he said he is going to consign it..just like many people do on B/S/T who actually consign yet he does not........i simply pointed out that he may be bluffing about sending it to a consignment place...and he did lower the price ( from a price he said he needed or he would send to a consignment) from the beginning so apparently my point was valid and not nonsense...

not sure how i am to blame this time for the comment made and why you would single me out on this thread as to wasting peoples time...i think my 2 or 3 posts are the least of everyone's worries on this thread......plus my 50 shades of selling comment was more entertaining and not disparaging....not sure how your comment on my comments was useful or entertaining.....and yes im a potential buyer when/if he lists it for auction...cause like you said he isnt going to sell it here if everyone thinks he wants more than market price..
