I didn't like the colors on that card at all. But every other card in the auctions looked good to me.

I was watching too, exciting card. Not to be a stick in the mud here, but don't we usually wait a few days before posting something like this to prevent interference? (Note: I did not win)

Boom. All of the six superprints are theoretically possible with both BL 350 and BL 460. Probably just a matter of time til we see them all. Of course we could have the situation where one or two were printed but simply did not survive.

Rather weird wear on the card...semi-square top corners, and very rounded bottom corners? Just seems odd.

Did anyone email the seller to confirm that the Broadleaf back matched up with Matty? I mean, it looks pretty obvious, but I'm just curious if anyone pressed the issue.

This auctioned whoooooshed over my head. I am impressed with the passion you guys have for this set. Good stuff.

The description says that the Mathewson is the Broad Leaf, but it could be a rebacked card. Just looks like a strange card. I hope whoever did win it will let us know the finding.

+1. VERY noticeable difference in corner wear. Hard to explain.

The card looks short to me. If it started life as a tall boy, or even as a normal card that was slightly off-center with more space at the top (the name is close to the bottom of the card so this might be the case) then a single trim on the top could explain the difference and they might not have trimmed the bottom because any trim there would have trimmed the name off. It would be great if it were real - my concern was a frankencard with a front and back stuck together.

It was owned by a little old lady. She only took it out on weekends.

Put me in the re-backed camp on this one. Horrible scans and card looks completely altered/re-backed.
