Tom---
I surely understand the weekend shopping. Hope all went well.

A thousand thanks, my friend, for taking the time and serious expertise, at loading up the Don Drysdale 1963 Post Alpha Bits Cereal baseball card commercial. I'm on a nostalgic high. That was beautiful. Thanks again, bro.

If you look closely, a certain player by the name of Mickey Mantle is featured on almost every box shown. False advertising. You'd think Mick was on nearly every box. Nothing could be further from the truth. That's one of the very interesting facets I cover in chapter 15 of my forthcoming book, NEVER CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN. The chapter concerns the 1963 Post Cereal cards of Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle. I'll give you a teenzie-weenzie morsel of interest---the great Lionel Carter did not have the '63 Post Roger Maris in his massive collection.

Cheers. Brian Powell

PS-----Thanks Todd, for loading up the individual shot of Big D from his commercial. You guys are amazing at tech. Good thing I had superb help on my book; otherwise, I might only be at the end of chapter six.
