why???
they are too hard to discern apparently......too many forgers/ erasures...
Pete.....the problem with your name is the "brown" layer associated with the caption....there is no "jump" off the bottom.... these , I wish, were better ways to determine a true "no name" this "could've" been a miscut with a "low" struck" caption, but there is no "brown" layer "jump"....but that doesn't explain it entirely.... I own both printer's scrap "true" no names" and a factory cut "caption" jump... very confusing....
