I asked for scans of the cards and here was his reply...

"I am out of town on work order so i cant but you will get every card listed give me your best offer i will get shipped to you asap no worries thanks."

Shame he's out of town, otherwise, he may have had a bidder.

If I remember the deleted scene from that movie correctly, doesn't Pitt open the box and see a Cobb with a Cobb back?

Perhaps he meant, "facetious."

I'm sure quite a few of the messages he gets from people will fall into that category.
