Now, this takes.........

I'll let you fill in the rest:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/SMALL-FLAT-R...item27f6ffbc6c

Gobucsmagic74 01-18-2015 06:05 PM

I'll start the bidding at 5.95 because I could use a small, flat rate box.

Gotta love this quote:

"NO REPRINTS I WILL SELL TO ONLY SETIOUS BUYER AT "BUY IT NOW"

earlywynnfan 01-18-2015 06:11 PM

Easily the best auction listing of 2015!

yanksfan09 01-18-2015 06:40 PM

I'm speechless.

icollectDCsports 01-18-2015 07:16 PM

Some heavy hitters getting the bidding started!

KCRfan1 01-18-2015 08:37 PM

It's like it's almost too good to be true!

1963Topps Set 01-18-2015 08:44 PM

I am surprised they didn't also throw in 1954 Topps Aaron, 1955 Topps Koufax and Clemente, 1951 Bowman Mantle / Mays..etc...

Oh, but you'd need a much bigger box.

You should look at his other auction.

It is a large flat rate box with 700 gems.

Brian, you have dug up some good listings in the past but this one is a winner.

Has anyone tried emailing this person to find out what the Buy it Now price will be?

I'm considering contacting them asking for scans.

Ok, so which of you guys created these listings?:D

buymycards 01-19-2015 06:24 AM

7000 cards

It is 7000 cards, which by the way, won't fit in a large flat rate box. Also, if you look at the auction for the 7000 cards, this isn't a flat rate box. This is a regional rate box, which is paid by the zone.

KCRfan1 01-19-2015 06:29 AM

The listings have ended. Time to fess up, which one of you discerning guys sprung for the deals?

This is just one of those amazing eBay listings. The guy has zero feedback, shows no pictures and expects someone to pony up serious $$$$$$$ and take his word for it. Amazing

Cmount76 01-19-2015 09:12 AM

I asked for scans of the cards and here was his reply...

"I am out of town on work order so i cant but you will get every card listed give me your best offer i will get shipped to you asap no worries thanks."

Shame he's out of town, otherwise, he may have had a bidder. ;)

Snowman5520 01-19-2015 09:32 AM

I asked for scans too. Here is the response I got:

"No i am selling for my brother he has them but everything in the description he has because i saw them so i know for sure sorry but this is a awsome lot thanks."

LOL, he will only sell to " setious " buyer. Which one of you gents will be setious?

Cmount76 01-19-2015 09:56 AM

Jobu,
If I remember the deleted scene from that movie correctly, doesn't Pitt open the box and see a Cobb with a Cobb back?

:D

Perhaps he meant, "facetious."

I'm sure quite a few of the messages he gets from people will fall into that category. :D

Bocabirdman 01-19-2015 01:59 PM
