I've never seen a final-production Lopes card sold. A proof missing the blank ink was sold on eBay back in 2005 for $53.00.

Here's a link to the thread on this site that sold one. Same type, no black ink.

No black, but also no magenta. The two colors used on the cards in the link are cyan and yellow.
