Pre Red Sox rookie - Smoky Joe Wood with the 1907 Hutchinson Salt Packers squad of the Western Association. Looked like a young child amongst men.

Any idea what team this is? And the player on the left front; doesn't he seem like a pretty large fellow, almost gigantic compared to the others? Could be the lens playing tricks, just looks like an odd assortment of players to me...
