That last one is hard to beat, but here is my attempt.
1989 MLB Umpire Set Standard questionnaire responses on card backs. Frank Pulli's response to 'No one knows I'm' - Blind Several others answered - 'Sensitive' or even 'Very Sensitive' John Shulock said no one knows he's 'Really a nice guy' Bob Davidson said that no one knows he's 'Intelligent'

I love this one:
![]() Trull played up to and including 1969, while Blanda played though 1975.

My favorite:
1969 Topps Test - Bowie Kuhn Check out his eyes, batting and fielding records. Not very PC at all!

Here is another pre-war card - the back of the T205 Addie Joss is interesting (but not funny)

The 1976 Laughlin tribute to the Indianapolis Clowns has a number of great backs (and fronts). This is far and away my favorite, due in great part to sharing the same name. If you have an extra copy, I am always buying this card.

I think O'Toole's tool might have been done by Irwin Hasen, who did the 54 and 55 cards at least, possibly more.
