Is there any way to tell if one of these days is coming up? I have a few bucks to spend right now, but would love to take advantage of the quadruple Ebay Bucks again.

They don't tell anyone until the day before, often towards the end of the day before. Otherwise, you and everyone else would just wait for their big purchases

Default Finally!
I finally got one of these!! After reading this thread, I went into my profile and enabled the preferences to include receiving emailed offers. I think it was as simple as that. 4x adds up quick, and it definitely worked as I made a few purchases I probably wouldn't have otherwise.
