They don't tell anyone until the day before, often towards the end of the day before. Otherwise, you and everyone else would just wait for their big purchases

I finally got one of these!! After reading this thread, I went into my profile and enabled the preferences to include receiving emailed offers. I think it was as simple as that. 4x adds up quick, and it definitely worked as I made a few purchases I probably wouldn't have otherwise.
