That is pretty stupid...does a card like this have any value because of the back or is it just a worthless piece of cardboard?

I suppose theoretically if the back could be liberated from the bogus front...and if it were reunited to it's former front...it would have some value...not much...but some as an authentic card.

How does a process like that work and how could I find the original card. Sorry for all of the questions not a big card collector.

unless you find the "doctor" and he/she admits to the wrong doing...and just happens to still have the front...and offers it to you...you won't find it!

best bet is to chalk it off as a loss...maybe soak the card to separate the 2...then you can sell the crawford as a rare...blank backed proof for thousands!
