They're more like the top half of a globe, so unlike pushpins, there's nothing to grab to pull them out.

Added to my HOF collection with a ball signed by Bill McGowan and to my WWII collection with Vern Freiberger's 1946 contract, also signed by Wm. Harridge and Roger Peckinpaugh.

Take a flat blade screwdriver and carefully slide it under the plexiglass and gently twist it back and forth. The plexiglass will pull the tack up and out.
