Bought a 1939 Bisons team-signed ball, not really sure why, but was very happy to find out it contained an auto of Hank Nowak. Nowak never made the majors, he was killed in the Battle of the Bulge in 1945.
Also on the ball is Jim Oglesby, who committed suicide in 1950. Ken
