That's a super item. Normally I would say to leave it alone, but in this case I think it's a great idea to restore it. What a great piece!

now if only this was Matty's instead of Fred Anderson's, but still pretty cool. Sucker is heavy too.

International Silver in Glencoe, IL

All they did was clean it, nothing was added to it, all original.

I was going to get it silver replated, but the guy said don't bother, looks great just after a good cleaning.
