I have been selling on eBay since 1997, have 2 stores (one opened in the last 6 months) and perfect feedback in both. eBay's constant changes drive me crazy but if I am being objective, about 70% of their changes make sense from a business point of view.
I am not a defender of eBay and I am not posting this to be argumentative BUT....please tell me where else you can reach millions of people who are looking for the type of items that most of us sell? Also, since eBay has gone more to a pay when you sell model, 10 to 15% including paypal fees doesn't feel that expensive. If you had a B&M store, you would be paying a lot more than 10 to 15% operational overhead. AND every business has a handful of customers who are a PITA. Why would you expect that handful of customers on eBay to be different? Jeff
