Again, why is a COA always needed? Education helps too. If you are a knowledgeable buyer, u should be familiar w Connie's sig and if u are gonna resell it, can issue your own.
Just saying my opinion.

I've recently sold a fairly large collection which included Honus Wagner, Cy Young, Walter Johnson, Jackie Robinson, Elvis Presley, Michael Jordan, and Ty Cobb. All were guaranteed for life and all passed PSA when the buyer had them graded/encapsulated. If I guaranteed all of those high-end items I would certainly guarantee a $65 Connie Mack signature.

He's just looking for stuff to flip, in my opinion, there's nothing wrong with that. He wasn't interested in my Cobb letter because it doesn't have a COA and I won't even mention what the offer was on the Ruth...
