Again, why is a COA always needed? Education helps too. If you are a knowledgeable buyer, u should be familiar w Connie's sig and if u are gonna resell it, can issue your own.

I've recently sold a fairly large collection which included Honus Wagner, Cy Young, Walter Johnson, Jackie Robinson, Elvis Presley, Michael Jordan, and Ty Cobb. All were guaranteed for life and all passed PSA when the buyer had them graded/encapsulated. If I guaranteed all of those high-end items I would certainly guarantee a $65 Connie Mack signature.

Trust me, you keep bumping so often and your bump privileges will be revoked. Give it a week or so if you are asking for the same darned thing. At this point everyone knows what you are looking for....if it is on the first page of the BST section then people will be reading it for sure....no need to bump so often. No, there isn't a written rule, we try to use common sense.
