And those who know me, know I love the chase as much as the catch.....this photo didn't even mention Rogers Hornsby in the title on Ebay, listed as:
"Rare Antique Dennison Railroaders Infield Baseball Photograph" Paid a mere $100 bucks (even used a $10 off ebay coupon to bring it under $100) for what could possibly be Rogers Hornsby earliest piece of memorabilia. Been searching past auctions of Legendary, Hunts etc. can't find anything of his from 1915 or earlier prior to joining the Cardinals late in 1915.
