Late Teens... based on the size, graphics and design.

Oversized Pennants didn't quite make it into the 1920s.

$2,500 ish is a reasonable price for any quality oversized pennant. I like this piece, but I don't looooove it. The Tigers put high quality graphics into many of their pennants, but this one is a bit basic IMO. I'm being super critical, but as a Tigers collector that is my "thing".

Here's the same design... but with Purple Felt.

Here's another Oversized teens example with a Tiger Mascot clearly modeled after Ty Cobb. Note the unmistakeable traits...

His smart-ass grin
His split-handed grip on the bat
The Bat's taped handle, a la Cobb
