Your opinion: would this card get an off center or miscut rating on Cross to PSA???

IMO, and it's worth what you're paying for it

, the back oc will only result in MC qualifiers, and only if there is portion of the next card on the back. I think this one might slide through! VERY tough card to find that well centered, great find
