Thanks guys. Aside from always being happy to buy from a nice guy and N54er, it was Pud's gut and posture, along with his colorful history that sold me on that one... love that guy

Jeff, nice Coombs postcard!

I always try to stop picking up '14 CJs, cuz I know I'll never be able to finish the set, but every once in a while another finds its way into my mailbox ... and a couple other items that showed up at the same time:

card is not prewar, but the subject is! hope he doesn't mind i need the exposure.

(will be on bst tomorrow, accepting offers tonight...)

The newest addition to my Goudey set came today. I need to get a new scanner, mine is starting to show streaks.

Quan, I currently have the 2nd highest rated set on the SGC registry (though none of mine are signed.) So if comes back better than an 88 I'll take it.
