The PSA8 Wagner... I don't get it.

The automated cutting leads to off-center and miscut cards. The Wagner in question never had the opportunity to be either because it was cut in a different way, allegedly twice.

To add to that, all the "factory completed" cards had a 70-80 year head start on wear.
