My experiences have been that Factory 25 examples are more difficult than Factory 42 (No Overprint). When trying to locate an example of each Factory 42 to build our checklist, we were able to find most fairly quickly. The last few took a bit longer, but the entire list was completed pretty easily. The Factory 25's on the other hand have been much slower going, with several still unconfirmed.

I have never collected by factory. I had no idea, but I just looked at the nearly 600 T206s I currently own.
F25 - 3 F30 - 8 F42 - 9 F42OP - 12 also one overprint with no factory number that I can see Edit: The factory # was hidden because the overprint is a little off center. Had to blow up it see it. Another 42.
