Happened to me last week, so I requested a kit and they sent me a couple submission forms in the mail. It only took a few days. I know online is better, easier, and faster, but this helps when the system is down.

i was thinking it was because of their monthly special...maybe they'll extend it into march since my monthly budget was spent in the last 3 days
