SGC Online Submissions Down?
 

Is anyone else having trouble printing an online submission on the SGC website, I've been trying off and on since yesterday?

Yes, there is a glitch in the system. When I called and asked about it they told me to just use your computers print function and print off 3 copies. Keep one for yourself and send 2 to them with your cards/money.

They said it is affecting new customers more than previous customers that already have their own personal customer number.

It hasn't worked for me for 2-3 days. Still not working as of 10 minutes ago.

I can't even get to the point where I can print a form, unless I'm doing something wrong.

Of course it doesn't....the day I plan on doing my submission.

I tried earlier to check the submission I sent in. No dice.

I think their other services are down too. I've been trying to add cards to my registry for a couple of days now and I only get error messages.

I was going to do a submission today and was unable to open the submission form.

I guess I'll call tomorrow and see if they can fax one. I can't miss out on the Wild Card Special this month!

Seems like this is happening more frequently of late, which is unfortunate.

Happened to me last week, so I requested a kit and they sent me a couple submission forms in the mail. It only took a few days. I know online is better, easier, and faster, but this helps when the system is down.

i was thinking it was because of their monthly special...maybe they'll extend it into march since my monthly budget was spent in the last 3 days
