Isn't the Leland's Plank (here: Link) currently at roughly the same price (before BP) as the Memory Lane Plank (here: Link)? Not sure where the 103K is coming from.

Weird thing is, is on the press release on SCD for the Memory Lane auction, it says that the Plank sold for ~107K (here: Link). Not sure if that's just a typo or there was a hidden reserve that was still met by the buyer's max bid.
