Sadly, this isn't the first time PSA has made this particular error on the flip.

I vaguely remember seeing a PSA-graded Hobby "No Stats" with a Piedmont back floating around during the '09 Cleveland National

For those who are unaware, the real McCoy only exists with a Hassan reverse.
