I'm not sure if this is the same seller or not, but wasn't there a thread or two about how this seller didn't actually have these cards....?

You do realize that when the seller defaults, PayPal is going to have to fork over $2,500 for your loss.

Isn't this, in effect, defrauding PayPal because the buyer knows the seller is a fraud?
I love this post, I am the bad guy here, too funny!

You need a doctor.

Think about it brain child.

I am going to send this idiot money and wait forever for paypal to get it back for me???

And the Wagner auction has been reported several times along with the Ruth auctions yet ebay leaves it up because the scammer had to pay fees for final value. So if I would have sent the money, ebay and paypal would have deserved the loss.

Plus I think they have insurance for their losses.

Perfectly reasonable explanation. I just thought Paypal buyer protection would get your money back in less than a week?

Doctor? Maybe you can recommend me one?

Then you have the one with the Eleventh Commandment that the stone mason couldn't fit onto tablets......"Thou shalt never buy a T206 Wagner from a vendor on the Bay. BST...OK but never the Bay."

I actually have a rare "Proof" version that contains 15 commandments. The last five included stuff like "Thou shall not pick your nose in public", so I can see why they didn't make the cut!!
