I don't show this one often, but I have shown it at least once before. It is one of a kind for sure and I am certain that nobody else has one!

Signed T206 Mike Donlin. Signed by me, but definitely one of a kind.

How do you know it's not real? Either way, that's an endlessly wonderful piece!

Default Wagner

I like to think this is a one of a kind. Dockman and Sons printed several "card" items for their candy. One card type they printed was a series of animals. Imagine opening a package of candy hoping first of all for some great tasting candy and then secondly hopefully a picture of a Hippo, Monkey, or a Giraffe. Instead you find a Honus Wagner!!
I have seen a McGraw like this, but not a Wagner.

I'm not much into the freaks, but I always like when you post that Green Cobb.
Great card.

I can say without hyperbole, that Ty Cobb is one of the top 20 cards I have ever seen.

Default Longest Professional Game

I posted this once before on the Memorabilia Forum, but it is appropriate for this thread & maybe some of you haven't seen it.

I was fortunate enough to attend the ending of Pro baseball's longest game, the 33 inning affair between the Rochester Red Wings & the Pawtucket Red Sox in 1981.

Using a Press Pass from the Providence Journal got me in the press box area w/ hundreds of reporters from around the world covering the game. After the game was over my BILaw took my pass into the locker room & got some sigs from a few of the principals in the PawSox victory & I have since added some other mainstays of the game.

Signatures include Bobby Ojeda (winning pitcher), Dave Koza (winning RBI), Marty Barrett (winning run), team owner Ben Mondor (now deceased) and the only 2 HOFer's to play in that game (Wade Boggs & Cal Ripken).

One of my most favorite pieces of memorabilia & I'm sure one that is unique in the hobby.
