Wyrostek variation?
Leon..... The stripes look legit to me and PSA.
Chris..... I agree a scan of Wyrostek! UGH! Well guys thanks for looking. I guess there are no other "Stripers" Maybe it was meant as a proof card?

I have been collecting 1949 LEAF cards since I was a kid. I have never seen a Wyrostek with the uniform striping as your have depicted.
If it's legit, it's certainly a rare variant. TED Z
