Thanks for the input, guys. I am prepared to pay well above that auction price for a copy in similar condition. I have tracked down a couple that are in public libraries but I don't think that there is a chance of buying from them. If anyone knows of one in private hands, please contact me for a finder's fee if we can work something out.
