I don't think they were ever issued in box form. I think the best you can get is a panel, because the panels were issued in sheet form, which were later cut out.

But you probably meant the panel, and not the complete box.

And yes, I'm still trying to find one. So they are hella rare. Speaking of which, if anyone has one that they're willing to sell, I'm definitely interested!
