With Ebay raising the fee cap from $250 to $750, the needle can't possibly budge until you get above the $7500 dollar mark on a card.
Even then, I have no idea how they make any money on their consignments without some genius level accounting tactics and money floating going on. I'd be curious what kind of fee break Ebay is cutting them, that the rest of us schmucks don't get. Doubt they are getting much of a break from the Paypal end either.
