Interesting, Jim. The piece auctioned by PWCC and the piece from this prior thread have the exact same dimensions, too.
PWCC showed this piece to several people at the National to determine authenticity. I might suggest that the next time something "different" like this show up, they simply ask for an opinion here. While not everyone here is an "expert", enough eyes would see the thread and an accurate assessment can usually be made in a few days. edit: just saw Brent's response. Good result in the end.
