Being that there are 12 numbers listed and 12 innings I would guess it might have something to do with that. It could be just a coincidence though. The number "40" is what throws me off though. Since some numbers are repeated it wouldn't be uniform numbers of one team.
Sorry I'm not much help. Maybe someone else can chime in with a clue. Drew Interesting note though, that's the day Buddy Holly was born
