I wish I could go through the pain lol.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis my junior year of college, and was forced to retire from running for good. I tried playing tennis last week for the first time in 16 years against one of my students, but after one serve, my shoulder gave out and is still in pain. I'm feeling like an old man at 30 - really sucks!
