I wanted to say thank you to Ken Goldin!!! He read my post and reached out to me via email. After a brief couple emails I was sent a tracking number for my items which are to be delivered this Thursday!

Amazon has spoiled me on what I expect to be a realistic shipping timeframe and you came through for me! Thank you, Ken!
